As this healthcare office provides care to many vulnerable clients, masks will continue to be required by all clients, patients and providers in the office suite shared spaces. It is now optional to wear a mask during your session. I will remain masked for your treatment.

Maureen Bruno Roy (she/her) practices therapeutic muscular therapy/massage and yoga in a private practice studio located in Lexington, MA. With 26+ year experience, she specializes in orthopedic + sports massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release and Thai yoga massage as well as general relaxation and stress management.

Sessions include a combination of modalities, joint mobilization, stretching, postural assessment and self care instruction. Whether you are recovering from injury or illness, looking to increase performance and improve recovery time, decrease discomfort during pregnancy, working to increase flexibility or you are simply looking to relieve stress and tension, muscular therapy can help! All people welcome.

Please note that the building is not ADA accessible (no elevator) and has approximately 15 stairs up from the front street level door. If you use a mobility aid and need assistance, please call or text ahead of your session.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule for signs of ANY illness or covid, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for illness cancellations.

If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours for reasons other than illness or emergency or are a no-show you will be asked to pay for the full session.
